Use the contact form, call 020 737 1846 or email [email protected]. Within 1 working day we send a slot proposal and written quote. After acceptance and a 25% deposit the slot is firm.

Bank transfer for deposit and balance; card in the studio where available. Business clients pay within 14 days of invoice unless agreed otherwise. IBAN is on quote and invoice.

Consumers pay on session day or on delivery of post-production, as stated in the quote. Until full payment we may withhold final masters or exports — see terms.

By default 1 × 30 days after sending, unless the quote states a shorter period. After that, prices or availability may change.

Business clients receive an invoice with incl. and excl. 21% VAT where applicable. Provide your trade register and VAT ID with the enquiry.

Up to 7 days before start you can cancel or move at no charge; on cancellation the deposit is refunded within fourteen days.

Between 7 days and 72 hours before start you may reschedule once within three months. On cancellation the deposit compensates the reserved slot.

Within 72 hours or on no-show the quoted fee for that slot remains due unless force majeure applies. Late arrival shortens the session if the next slot is booked.

In writing to [email protected] with your name, quote reference and whether you cancel or move. We confirm by email.

Remote bookings generally allow fourteen days to withdraw. For sessions on a fixed date, the right may end once performance starts at your request. See terms, withdrawal article.

For vocals on a three- to four-minute track, plan two to four hours including setup and takes. A prepared band can lay several basic tracks in one day — see band budget guide.

Up to 6 at once, each with a separate headphone mix. Larger setups: discuss upfront via contact.

One or two guests in control is normal. More visitors need prior agreement so focus and safety stay intact.

Extension only if you ask and the next slot is free. Extra time is billed per hour or day rate as on services, e.g. €135 after band day rate.

From 16. Younger participants need written consent from a parent or guardian and an adult present for the whole session.

Usually 24-bit WAV at 48 kHz or your project sample rate. Mix and mastering as agreed in the quote; podcast exports in common podcast formats.

Via secure download link or to your cloud when stated in the quote. Check within a few days that everything opens in your DAW.

6 months after last activity on the project. Then we delete our copy. Longer storage can be agreed in writing for a fee.

By default 2 revision rounds per mix or master project; one round means one bundled feedback list. Extra rounds are quoted, e.g. €35 for mastering.

After full payment, recordings made for you are for you; we claim no rights in your music. Details and exceptions are in terms and mastering and rights.

No. We do not use client recordings to train AI systems and do not clone voices without explicit written consent. See privacy policy.

For consumers yes: 21% VAT is included in shown amounts such as €95 per vocal hour. Ex-VAT figures are on services and service pages.

The studio is on Weesperzijde in Amsterdam East. From Amsterdam Amstel station it is about an 8-minute walk along the Amstel. Tram 12 stops nearby; metro lines 51, 53 and 54 serve Amstel.
