1. Purpose of this statement
Mushrumpmirami B.V. publishes this statement for mushrumpmirami.click and our physical recording studio in Amsterdam. We follow the European Accessibility Act and Dutch transposition where they apply to us, and use Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA as a reference where reasonable for a small commercial site.
This page describes current measures, known limits and how to reach us if something does not work for you.
2. Website accessibility
The site is built as static pages without heavy frameworks. Main features include:
- logical heading structure and a skip link to content;
- keyboard-operable navigation and forms with visible focus where possible;
- form labels linked to fields on contact;
- consent banner with equally prominent accept and reject, without blocking access;
- text alternatives for images per our production spec;
- colour contrast checked against our house style at publication.
We do not embed autoplay video or flashing animation on legal pages. External maps load only after your action.
3. Known digital limits
We do not audit client PDFs or legacy delivery files for accessibility. Some decorative blog images may use shorter alt text; functional photos are described.
If you cannot read or operate a page, email us the URL and what you tried; we will suggest a workaround or adjust the page where reasonable. See privacy policy for how we retain correspondence.
4. Physical access to the studio
Our address is Weesperzijde 96, 1091 DS Amsterdam (Amsterdam-Oost). The studio is on Weesperzijde in Amsterdam East. From Amsterdam Amstel station it is about an 8-minute walk along the Amstel. Tram 12 stops nearby; metro lines 51, 53 and 54 serve Amstel. On-street parking is limited; bike racks are right outside the entrance. On-street parking is limited; bike racks are outside the door.
The studio unit is partly at street level. There may be thresholds, narrow corridors and steps between entrance, lounge and live room. The building has no lift. The live room (about 38 m²) and vocal booth (about 8 m²) are reached through the studio; tell us in advance if mobility is limited so we can plan the best route.
Opening hours: Monday to Friday 10:00–22:00, Saturday 11:00–18:00. Closed Sunday. By appointment only.. Extra time for setup or quiet briefing can be arranged via contact or 020 737 1846.
5. Sessions and services
Sessions are acoustically intense; we adjust headphone and monitor levels for comfort. Breaks can be scheduled for podcast recording or vocal recording. Companions may sit in the control room when it does not disturb the session and fits within 6 musicians plus crew.
Rates are listed on services; tell us about access or health-related needs before the session so we can adjust planning and equipment.
6. Feedback and enforcement
Report accessibility problems to [email protected] or the contact form. Include page or location, device or assistive tech, and what you expected. We usually acknowledge within 1 business day and outline next steps.
If we cannot resolve a dispute together, you may use a supervisory or consumer dispute route available in the Netherlands; contractual matters are covered in our terms and conditions.
