4. Hosting and technical suppliers

The contact form is processed by FormSubmit (FormSubmit LLC, United States). Messages are forwarded to our inbox. Personal data may therefore be processed outside the European Economic Area. We use contractual safeguards with FormSubmit that reflect GDPR expectations; details appear in the privacy policy and cookie policy.

5. Prices, VAT and on-site information

Guide prices on the site are shown in euros including 21% VAT unless a quote states otherwise. Examples: vocal sessions from €95 per hour, band day rate €750 for eight hours, mix per track €185.

Facility notes such as 3 rooms, a live room of about 38 m² and a booth of about 8 m² describe our setup; availability depends on the calendar. The website is not a binding offer; a contract forms only after you accept a written quote, as explained in article 3 of the terms.

6. Intellectual property of the site

Text, photos, branding and layout on https://mushrumpmirami.click are protected. You may view and print pages for personal use. Republication, scraping or commercial reuse without prior written consent is not allowed except where law permits.

7. Liability for site content

We maintain information carefully but cannot guarantee that every page is complete or error-free at all times. For limits of liability, see our disclaimer and article 12 of the terms.
