1. Who we are
Mushrumpmirami B.V. ("we"), a private limited company (B.V.), registered at Weesperzijde 96, 1091 DS Amsterdam, is the controller for personal data collected through mushrumpmirami.click and in our work on recording, mixing, mastering and podcast sessions at our studio on Weesperzijde.

We have not appointed a data protection officer; for our size that is generally not required under the GDPR. You can always contact us directly.
2. Scope
This policy covers website visitors, people who use contact to enquire, and clients who book services such as Vocal recording, Band and live recording, Mixing, Mastering or Podcast and spoken audio.
When we record speakers, guests or artists on behalf of a business client, that client is the controller and we act as processor under our data processing agreement.
3. Data we process
Contact form: name, email, optional phone, chosen service, optional preferred date and a project description. Required fields are needed to reply and indicate rates such as €95 for Vocal recording.
Booking and delivery: billing details, artist or band name, scheduling, email or phone exchanges, payment references. A 25% deposit may apply under our terms and conditions.
Recordings: voice and performance are personal data when you are identifiable. We use them only for the agreed production. Video or photos during a session are your responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Technical: our host TransIP B.V. keeps server logs (IP address, time, page, browser) for security. Your cookie choice is stored locally; see cookie policy.
We do not ask for special-category data. Medical details are not required to reschedule a session.

We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not send marketing emails without separate consent.
5. Voice, image, minors and AI
Your voice and any image are protected by privacy and portrait rights. We do not publish session excerpts, client photos or names on mushrumpmirami.click without your prior written consent.
We do not use client recordings to train, test or improve AI systems or to create voice clones. Contractual limits are also set out in our terms where applicable.
Online services on the site are not aimed at children. Sessions for anyone under 16 are booked by a legal guardian who provides the necessary information.
6. Recipients and processors
Within Mushrumpmirami, only team members who need your file for scheduling, sessions or admin can access data. External parties may receive data when required:
- TransIP B.V., hosting for mushrumpmirami.click (Vondelpark 90, 1077 MR Amsterdam, Netherlands);
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co, United States), forwarding contact form content to our mailbox;
- our accountant, for billing data, bound by professional secrecy;
- our bank, for payments;
- public authorities, when the law requires it.

7. Transfers outside the EEA
Hosting and email use providers in the Netherlands or EU. FormSubmit processes form content in the United States. That transfer is necessary to deliver your enquiry technically (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR). We keep form fields limited and avoid special categories.

8. Security
We apply appropriate measures: HTTPS, restricted access with strong passwords, locked premises outside sessions, encryption where reasonable, and deletion of working files after 6 months of inactivity as described in our terms.
If a breach poses a risk to your rights, we notify the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) and inform you when the GDPR requires it. No online transfer is completely risk-free; once we receive data, we protect it under this policy.
9. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdrawal of consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Send requests to [email protected] or by post to Weesperzijde 96, 1091 DS Amsterdam.
We respond within one month; complex requests may be extended by two months with explanation. We may verify identity. You may complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl. We prefer to resolve most issues with you first.
10. Cookies
We do not use analytics or marketing cookies. Only your choice is stored locally under mshr_consent_v1 for 182 days. Details: cookie policy; change via .

12. Changes
This policy is informational and does not limit your legal rights. When services or law change, we publish an updated version dated 15 October 2026 (effective 15 October 2026). Material changes may be emailed to active clients where appropriate.
